Vi Hunter Series Lists

During the late 1970's and early 1980's Vi Hunter of Ohio designed some wonderful art glass pieces.
She first introduced the collecting public to her now famous Jenny Doll. With a simplistic style reminiscent of Amish dolls Vi Hunter commission glassmaker Tom Mosser of Mosser Glass to produce the pieces for her. Each month a new color of the Jenny Doll was released and a special collector doll bell was also issued one time a year.
In 1981 Vi Hunter introduced Jenny's companion Josh to collectors and sets were produced during the years 1981 and 1982.
From 1983 to 1985 Hunter also created a smaller mini version of the Jenny Doll that was produced in 23 unique colors.
In 1985 Hunter's highly detailed Carousel Horse was introduced as Series 1 and Series 2 pieces. All of the series one pieces were frosted and all of the series 2 pieces were carnival.
