Your privacy is very important to us at the Bargain Shack and we want you to have an enjoyable worry free shopping experience.

Under no circumstances is your personal information either given or sold to any third parties.

The shopping cart is javascript based and a temporary session cookie is used only to keep track of items placed in your shopping cart.

Your contact and payment information provided on the order form is only used to fill your order. A personal email acknowledgement of your order will be sent to you and, if we have a problem processing your order, we will contact you either by email or telephone.

The Bargain Shack has security measures in place to help protect your information. Our order form resides on a secure server and sensitive data is encrypted for your protection. All credit card orders are processed offline and when your package is shipped no reference to your credit card number is included in the box.
