National Family Opinion, estabished in 1946, is the world's largest consumer panel. In 1946 they established their first consumer panel of 1000 homes to help businesses and industries develop products and services that people want and need. My grandmother Ethel Ball was one of the first of our family to join the organization, followed by my Mother, and I have been a member for 27 years now.
Now NFO has joined the internet. How does it work? Once you are registered you will receive surveys by email about 1 - 3 times a month. They ask for your opinion on a variety of subjects and the surveys typically take about 10 minutes or less to complete. The surveys are easy, fun to do, and rewarding. Each time you give your opinion you are entered into their sweepstakes program. Just by logging in one lucky panelist wins 10,000 points a day! You can even use your points to enter raffles for some really great prizes.

NFO doesn't try to sell you anything and your personal information is kept strictly confidential. Each survey you complete is worth a number of points. You can save up your points and turn them in for products or cash. You can even complete these surveys and donate your points to Charity. Current charity partners are the American Heart Association, Make-A-Wish, Save the Children, National Emergency Response Team, and the Hispanic Scholarship Fund. Not only can your opinions and experiences shape new products but you can donate to a worthy cause too.
